About the Author
Solomon Fulero is both a practicing attorney and a psychologist. He is currently Professor and former Chair of Psychology at Sinclair College in Dayton, Ohio and Clinical Professor of Psychology and Psychiatry at Wright State University in Dayton. He maintains private practices in both psychology and law, and is a frequent expert witness on matters pertaining to legal psychology, in both social/experimental (eyewitness testimony, interrogations and confessions, pretrial publicity, etc.) and clinical (competency, sanity, sexual predator status, competency to waive Miranda rights, etc.) areas. He is the author of numerous scholarly articles in both psychology journals and law reviews. Dr. Fulero is the 2003-2004 President of the American Psychology-Law Society, Division 41 of the American Psychological Association. Dr. Fulero received his Ph.D. in social psychology and his law degree from the University of Oregon in August 1979 and December 1979 respectively, and a respecialization certificate in clinical psychology from Wright State University in June 1988.

This is a basic level textbook which served its purpose in my forensic psychology course. The text does a nice job of outlining the subject with enough details here and there to encourage further research. It is not a single source encyclopedia of everything you need to know about forensic psychology.Pros: It will give the student a decent understanding of how much this field covers and how forensic psychology is not "as seen on tv."Cons: It is unlike many of today's textbooks that integrate a fair amount of visual aids, graphs, or pictures to enhance the learning experience.Bottom line: I found it very informative, yet, dull to read.
I failed a test due to pages missing from this book, I feel that before your books is sent out someone should look through the book to see if it is still intake from page 87-94 is missing. Made for a very bad week in school did not send it back because I would not have had time to get another one before the next week. But good thing I still passed the class.

Assigned reading for course. Overall does what it needs to do and provides me with an understanding of the topics covered.
I thought this book would be really big, but it's small I was surprised. But it looks very interesting I can't wait to start reading it for my forensic psychology class. I got this book for $86 which really helped.

Book is almost falling apart and the highlighting on every page makes it very hard to read.
